What should i do for this page?

This is my current project, my about page.

everything is going well, but i am having trouble.

I want my info to pop up when you click on the emojis (and rookie). I have 2 ideas for this:

- have a div appear and make it close. My problem is how id code this with html. How would it appread upon a click?

- A tooltip, would be easier. However i feel like itd be harder to read due to me planning on making the emojis float.

What do you guys think?

You could try using an details element styled to have no background/border/etc, and having the emojis contained within the summary section so that they are what you click on to open up your text box. 

This page explains the element, and how to change or remove the summary element's icon (the little arrow), which you'll probably want to do if all you want is an emoji!
