How do I put a cool guestbook on my personal website??

Hello i have an Atabook account and I really want to add my guestbook to my site.
I want it to be fully integrated on my page could anyone help me with it?

You embed it to your website through an iframe. First you set up an iframe like this:

If you want to write a link that opens your guestbook in a particular frame, you can also set that link to target the frame.
