resizing / changing the scale of webrings?

eeek first post apolocheese for any potential inaccuracies / issues with this post: 
im trying to put my webrings into a an oval-like div but are often too large to fit in properly and half of the ring just ends up being undiscoverable due to it being larger than the div itself. is there a way to make webrings smaller to fit? ive tried "scale:" but it leaves alot of empty space around it .im not sure any of the code i currently have would provide assistance to this problem, so if you need something in specific from my code to assist then feel free to ask!! thank you

with scale, you make the element look bigger or smaller, but in the flow of the page, it will still take up the same amount of space. try zoom instead! this CSS property makes an element appear bigger/smaller and take up more/less space.

i looked at your homepage, and adding something like...

should make the bigger rings fit into their container (and center the transmasc ring)!
