Found a weird issue with uploading art on mobile, there's no button or anything to select from the gallery on your phone.

Had to switch to the full site to do that.

The Art Hub now supports mini embed galleries

i have a feature request related to the embed galleries and the new guild system! right now, we can only make galleries from a specific user's uploads (i think). what i would like to be able to do is embed a gallery of a specific keyword, so members of the nature camp guild could tag uploads as 'nature' and have them show up in an embed on our eSite homepage.

Can we add a requirement for AI generated images to be tagged as such, and a setting to opt out of seeing them? 

If it is going to be allowed on the site I think this kind of filtering is a must, as it's the kind of thing most of us come to old web to avoid seeing.

the art hub rules state that mainly AI generated images aren't allowed...

so i hope those rules are enforced!

AI generated images are not allowed on the Art Hub at all, although they are permitted on the forum (and forum rules generally say things should be well labeled by subject). When an image is suspicious or reported, I use this tool to verify it: https://decopy.ai/ai-image-detector/ (sometimes I try a few to see if the results match)

So far it has worked well, but it can be really hard to tell sometimes Generally if an image is suspected I'll contact the person who posted to ask about it and let them remove it. If an image is suspicious and the person who posted it doesn't respond it'll be delisted after a while ^^

A question, though: if AI generated images aren't allowed in the Art Hub, why allow them in the forum at all? I personally don't think they belong here in any capacity... they are mostly used to purposely spread misinformation or trick people, which is against the spirit of this place, I'm sure. I'm open minded to hearing the reasoning behind this decision though.

Partly because I'd have to remove my own threads that I think are important little logs about ai development over the years but more so than that, you cant have a space intended for discussing the web today without having room to discuss ai; and I don't agree that there are only negative uses.

Yesterday I had to ban someone who seemed to be mostly posting using an AI text generator; I don't know why they did that since they seemed to be a human behind it and every post was friendly. I could speculate that they were afraid to create something themselves, or explain their reasoning, but I don't know. When I tried to contact them they denied it, then asked to leave when I presented my evidence.

I think the anger and fear surrounding this subject on both sites is really sad, and I don't want to perpetuate it by creating a space that encourages people to hide in one sort of box or the other; I want people to understand their tools, and their creations, and understand the ethics of their use, and find meaning in all sorts of creations when used wisely.

Is there a hard limit of 119 artworks in the gallery or is something breaking on my end? It's not letting me upload any more.

s there a hard limit of 119 artworks

There's no limit on uploads that I'm aware of I can see there is an error on one of your uploads, but its not clear what is failing; its maybe related to the image missing an extension or having a strange name. If you e-mail me some of the images that are failing I can see more!

hello! i'm here to report a bug

i was unable to upload a piece of digital fanart unless i didn't put any key-words or name the artwork before hand, i had to submit it with just the file and no extra information and *then* edit it after the fact to have a title and key-words. not really sure why! just glad i finally figured out how to do it and that i was able to get something up 

edit: it will also work if i have key words but no title

if i somehow messed something up on my end during the upload process, my bad!
