Freezeframe.js - pause n play gifs

Bechnokid on Neocities has their own tutorial for implementing it on a personal website.

I'm going to be honest. I have this on like every page of my website but I executed it in the most convoluted way possible. The problems I ran into are:
- The gifs will scale into the size of the container. This is because the default CSS uses "responsive: true"
- The gifs will be aligned weirdly when they aren't being played. Similarly, the default CSS uses "vertical-align: top"

So to fix them, I set responsive to false, and vertical-align to initial. But I'm pretty certain there's a better way to deal with this. I'm of the church of "as long as it works"

I got it working but some people in the 32 bit cafe discord had to do some similar tweaking.

This is a really cool tidbit of JS! Might be useful for rapidly-flashing GIFs as well.
