i made this 3d environment a while ago http://cgru.net/test.html !

it isnt much but a strange world to wander around in. i was going to do more with it, but i was using Blend4Web and blender has now gotten rid of Game Engine  :'( also, Blend4Web is just very big, slow, and hard to understand... I did enjoy making this though, not sure if i will do anything more with it.  :^P

I keep looking at this and meaning to reply, sorry for the delay :-X

This very much has a mood, I get Silent Hill vibes from it, but its also sorta cozy?? Iv never heard of Blend4Web though, is it new or old? It seems super handy that you can export directly from blender to site. ALTHOUGH, you could try exporting as x3d too, that might be less of a hassle? Im not sure, gotta explore blender more!

This environment you made is really good! It's like a deserted 80s suburban landscape with oddities. I even like how the background looks when I look up at the sky.
