Flood Script - Leaky Homepage Ring

It's fun, but can get a bit annoying if a page hasn't been un-flooded in a while. I think it would be neat to be able to remove it all at once (flush it?), especially since it prevents you from clicking on links and stuff.

I think this is the ideal setup. Putting it on the homepage can make navigation hard, so a dedicated page for it is a genius idea!

I put my flood on a layer below all the actual content, but I'm not sure if that's just taking the fun out of it ^^"
