I think this is the ideal setup. Putting it on the homepage can make navigation hard, so a dedicated page for it is a genius idea!

Ooh, I think that is actually quite clever! I really like the flood for the aquarium theme my homepage currently has but I shoved my flood into an iframe since my site was frequently unusable otherwise, putting it on a lower layer let’s the flood still occur without making lesser seen sites be unusable to new explorers.
