districts resurrection, kill the rat

districts ressurection tries to bring back districts, and for the official website, a rat came in, but the neighborhoods are not finished, (the spelling on the hollywood page is probably going to make you laugh), im going to kill that one rat, and some things will be modified for no reason, the project started in march 28 2024.
