misc-ring

the misc-ring, for websites of any genre (except the triple x category), it was hosted on github (webring page) and nekoweb (code) (https://iceconey14.github.io/misc-webring/) which shut down a little while ago  , but now there is a new webring, called the misc-ring ~two~, its powered by oring. https://miscri.netlify.app/index.html, might take a little while to get added since the form does not send submissions by email.
