rothko paintings I should make into scarves?

hello! I want some rothko scarves! it will be a while before I can get back into crochet probably (nerve pain  ) but yeah idk Ive been asking people if they have any suggestions! I probably won't make all the ones I get but hopefully ill be able to make a bunch! might make some into quilts too? I just like being able to take paintings I really like/that are special to other people with me where I go, and colour field painting are easy to crochet! ive made some barnett newman scarves but not any rothko ones yet!

Not quite a Rothko, back on Newman, but still big blocks of colour: Who's Afraid of Red, Yellow and Blue would be a classic if u havent already. There's four but you could always put them one after the other... Maybe even use some black to emulate the cuts a vandal put in III?

I also like Rothko's Maroon over Red one that's a well known one and very distinctive.

I have done two of those! i like the idea of replicating the slash though! hmmm... maybe if I get around to it I can take photos of the ones ive already done so you guys can see them!
