i'm quite surprised about mint chocolate chip being very decisive of a flavor, it is literally so fine, i might take it over regular chocolate

Tied between McConnell's sea salt cream & cookies ice cream and Haagen-Dazs caramel cone ice cream. I have eaten a lot of different ice cream, some expensive and gourmet with unusual ingredients, but in the long run these two flavors from these brands have consistently been the ice cream I've enjoyed the most.

Definitely not my *favorite* but a VERY strong contender.

I tend to like more of the simple stuff; everyone in here saying salted caramel/coffee has the right idea but the real champ is choc. chip cookie dough, cookies and cream or any combo of the two.

As someone that used to work at an ice cream place, I will FOREVER be mad that there's not a mainstream flavor that is chocolate base + cookie dough/cookie bits. Undisputed GOAT IMO. I used to just put chocolate syrup over those flavors anytime I made them for myself because it's just so damn good.

Switching a bit from that, I also want to talk about gelato. I like fruit gelato but not fruit ice cream, and I'm interested to know if other people feel the same.

I enjoy a lot italian ice cream !
I'd say if the ice cream truck has it I do like a lot Violet flavoured ice cream, but that's because I love violet a lot in general x3
Else I mostly go for chocolate or speculoos if it's there xP

I love ice cream - there are so many flavors that I enjoy! You can't go wrong with vanilla - the Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream is just divine. But I also like cookie dough, cookies & cream, mint chocolate chip, mango, banana, strawberry, coffee, and chocolate! I'm always open to trying a new flavor.

my fave is forever mint choc chip! I find people describing it as tasting like toothpaste funny. ironically I can't stand the taste of mint toothpaste (I have a flavourless one) so imo it really doesn't...
other close seconds are stracciatella, biscoff and just a plain ol' chocolate. I'm not big on fruity flavours though they can be good too. anything with caramel I just find too sweet personally.

I adore strawberry cheesecake ice cream, especially where it has like bits of cheesecake/pie crust in it.

There's also cookie monster ice cream, which is bright blue and has pretty much every kind of cookie/chocolate in it.

I've also been wanting to try "dirt cake" from ben n jerrys.

I like my ice cream to be textured so cookies n cream is also a favorite of mine.

What I consider my all time favorite tends to flipflop all the time, but I'm incredibly partial to cookie dough, cotton candy, birthday cake and chocolate mint

oh man my favorite flavor is one i don't think they make anymore. i remember it was from one of the chain ice cream places, pretty sure it was baskin robbins, and it was a bubble gum ice-cream that had actual pieces of gum in it. i was only able to get it a few times as a kid but man i thought it was super cool

nowadays i usually go for lavender when i see it, otherwise i love strawberry cheescake or cookies and cream.

ahhh i have so so many, gosh i love ice cream. i think my all-time favourites have to be either cotton candy, bubblegum, or superman flavour. i love the "kid" flavours, i can't help it. maybe it's nostalgia or maybe i just really, really love sugar.

also a huge fan of flavours that i'm pretty sure are exclusive to Canada, such as maple walnut, moose tracks (peanut butter cups/fudge), and tiger tail (orange/black licorice). yes, i love black licorice in my ice cream like a big weirdo, lol.

in college there was a mini market like 50 feet away from the dorm entrance and it sold strawberry cheesecake ben and jerry's. it made me vaguely sick almost every time i ate it but it was SOO GOOD i would always eat a ton of it

but we used to have a mint choco chip here that was pretty amazing, but i usually only used it to make an alcoholic smoothie, lmao   

i'm not too into ice cream tho, i find it kinda eughgh like just chowing down on milk.

if i eat soft serve ice cream, i like to have it sprinkled with half and half chocolate and lemon, or chocolate and licorice
