Hello! I thought it would be prudent to introduce myself- I'm Rosaria, and it's a pleasure to be here.

I found my way over to oldweb and smallweb spaces after making the deliberate choice to significantly slow down my creative output and process, stepping away from old works and methods. Over the last few years, I've been grinding out polished pieces every month or so, while simultaneously pursuing (and happily, achieving) my Honours Bachelor of Science, and that self imposed stress paired with my fragile health due to disability was not a healthy, conducive practice.

I've been having fun prodding around at my Neocities site, and babbling short form updates on my status.cafe, but was craving a longer form means of communication- and forums have always been of interest to me, so here I am! I have been falling back in love again with writing by hand with my fountain pens, and am hoping to write the first draft of a novel longhand in the near future. I love pink shimmer inks, and chatting about fountain pens, kittens, and betta fish.

A little bit more about me: I paint digital portraits, my favourite genres to write in are gothic horror and gothic romance (though I've been making a return to soft science fiction as of late), I write letters to my loved ones, I write play-by-post tabletop roleplay games with my nearest and dearest, and I love, love music: Chromeo, The Front Bottoms, Glass Animals, Saint Motel, and COIN, are just a tiny fraction of my favourites. My creative work often explores body horror, LGBT characters (I am bisexual and nonbinary (they/them pronouns) and I most often write gay transmasculine leads), heretical romance, and indulgent prose-poetry.

I look forward to exploring around the forum more, and making your acquaintance! The Cinna theme is so darn cute.

Hiiii, I'm Tabitha and I found my way here through Rosaria from two posts above! I make little interactive fiction (text-based) games, which was my introduction to CSS and coding generally. You can check them out on my itch page, linked in my profile! Most have queer and/or relational themes, as I'm multiple flavors of queer (ey/em/eir pronouns). I'm burned out on social media these days and seeking deeper community, especially given *gestures to my home country, the USA*. Anyway, other hobbies include: local history research, anything to do with architecture, reading queer indie fiction, podcasts like The Silt Verses and Magnus Archives/Protocol, and BG3 (not a big player of RPGs but it's become my current obsession). Hello all! I don't have much to introduce, I don't have anything too notable to share beyond my excitement to be a member of this forum.

I found this site through the ytoo! homepage, which has a wonderfully neat collection of fun forums to look at. This one caught my eye in particular due to its theming, and I've read (almost) all of the active threads within the past two weeks.

I don't have a ton of experience with HTML despite making, like, ten sites over the course of the past eight years. My favorite tag is probably <h2> because I think it's funny that it makes text big.

Hi everyone, I'm new and I'll probably be a lurker. I've been trying the last 2 years to reconnect with the sense of community that I had with websites and web makers when I was a teenager. it's been a really rough couple of years for all of us and with more to come, and I was hoping to find a sense of solace in websites and message boards. unfortunately now it just seems like I'm too old lol, all of my ideas are outdated and I have a lot to learn and catch up on! :)

I am a writer, aviation enthusiast, and horror lover. my pronouns are they/them and I'm eating machta oatmeal for breakfast. I just got my cat a new cat tree which is a cactus and she loves it, it gives her two levels to sit on. she loves going between the levels in all the cat trees. she has a floor to ceiling one that she runs up and down a lot.

I started making websites in 1997 and stopped for a while between 2016 and a few years ago, I didn't have the internet at home for several years and then it just wasn't my habit when I got it back. I made another site when I found NeoCities and suddenly got this rush of nostalgia, and now I'm pretty back into the habit and thriving from it. I process best through writing and websites give me a platform for that.
