I think you have to move your <!-- --> notes down maybe after channel or idk? perhaps there is another note tag you need to use. Right now it is unable to be read

I recently added RSS to my website. I was unsure about it initially because it's not really a blog, but I managed to shoehorn an RSS feed into it: https://futurearcana.neocities.org/feed.rss

Basically some pages are marked to be shown in the RSS feed, in the order dictated by the date and time it was published/updated. This means that when a new page gets added or an existing page gets updated (along with its date and time) it will show up at the top of the feed.

I added a RSS feed for my fan fiction stories several years ago.  Haven't been doing as much fan fiction writing so I haven't updated it in a while.  I write the code for my web site in a text editor so, of course, I ended up writing my own RSS feed the same way.  When I was experimenting with it back then, I wrote a JavaScript based RSS Atom feed generator.  You're welcome to try it out to help create your own feed by hand: https://www.distasis.com/cpp/rssform.htm

Ok I believe I fixed it! I removed the comment altogether since it's just for my use only on my local copy
