PROPAGANDA wallpapers

I'm not sure where my obsession with constantly changing wallpapers has come from but one of my recent internet finds was PROPAGANDA, a massive set of late 90s/early 2000s wallpapers that are meant to be used in a tiling matter, like the good ol' days.

The wikipedia page for it (yes it has one) says it was popular among distros in the 2000s but it also has next to no sources so i can't say for certain. Either way it looks very much lost and forgotten, perfect for our forum here

whooa those are so sweet! most of them feel a bit too busy to make a good background, but there's a good bunch that work really well.

i ran a couple through catppuccin factory to conform with my color scheme, and i really really dig this posterized, lower contrast version of them. attached a couple for example.
