about half a month ago I was recommended a random youtube video about this queer activist group called [ I named it here wdy mean? ] "the pink spade group" and after watching about half the video I decide to join it but during that time I Realized how chaotic the whole group was and that youtube video was blowing up at the time so the whole discord sever had to undergo a million different changes to keep running properly afterwards and now that I look back to it its still very disorganized and I when I logged on this evening here I realized how neat everything is and organized everything is and now I think that that group would be so much better off with an official site instead of that crazy discord sever they keep growing too so I Think they will need it eventually
how would I even contact them to explain to them how they could set up a site?
Should I even tell them that its getting out of control and that they should switch to a real forum?
How do all of you generally feel about this community?
I think they are pretty nice but I've been totally overwhelmed by them :(
I would include the youtube video but the thumb nail and subject of it are negative and I don't want to share any negative stuff since I've already been a butt a bunch here and I don't even post often
to clear something up the link was the correct link They only have a Discord server and a GoFundMe page That's why I was trying to ask if they needed a real site since that's all they have right now they are called the "PINK SPADE GROUP" I quoted it when I first made the post I would have linked the gofund me but Im not sure if you would allow that here since that would be like promoting them for money but idk

its hard to explain this community since they operate off of Discord and practically nothing else I feel like its incredibly relevant they have a chaotic and undermanaged sever as their base of operations witch is crazy since a real forums site could work so much better the indie web is overflowing with queer people that would be so happy to help them with making a website and Im getting really tired of the way the sever is set up its too surface web for me to enjoy properly

the whole sever has its roots in a very real organization that helps queer people IRL but it doesn't feel very organized and helpful I feel like it wouldn't take much for that to change all they would have to do is move to the indie web where everyone is nice and doesn't act without thinking first :)
