how to make my website more frutiger aero?

Hello!

My website is called EdgyRabbid.org and i mostly have an old web design going on.

However, i would like stuff like my tables and nav bar to look more frutiger aero, so i can mix the two togethor. Aka i want all the gifs and tiled backgrounds of the oldweb, but slick and cool looks of frutiger aero.

Now im not sure how to do this. Is there a place where i can get some CSS to make my tables and nav back to look more like frutiger aero? any resources and such?

Also, reccomendtions are highly encouraged! Thanks! XOXO

Maybe rounded corners, borderless, and a blue gradient to make it look kind shiny and bubbly? You can do all that with just CSS!

What are Frutiger Aero things (websites, wallpapers, other things that makes you think of it) that you like?

What do you like about them? The way they look slick, slightly transparent yet shiny, like a gob of freshly squeezed toothpaste? The fresh, summery, watery feel of it? The way it combines    natural    and  technological    motifs? The way that it just brings the beauty of the natural world into your computer?

What exactly do you want to bring of Frutiger Aero to your website?

From your list of "Frutiger Aero" things you like, is there a particular shine, palette, shape, texture or element you like? Recreating that could be a good first start.

I adore this speific part! i love how it looks! Especially UI wise.

I want my website to have the many gifs and titled backgrounds of the oldweb, with the UI and look of Aero! to me that is how i will combine the two into my website to display how much i adore both. I also wish to add some icons from it to my site!

It's a start at least :) Other than that, I'd recommend green/blue backgrounds, lots of bubbles and floaty bits. Icons should look like real items instead of abstracted. There was a company that churned out a ton of Frutiger Aero wallpapers back in the day, so you could probably find those and use some in different places.

This gives me insporation for my nav bar! I will put icons to indacate what page people are going to!

Now.. i think my website does look like a mix of Old web and Aero! but that might just be me, what do yall think? Is there anything you guys think i could add/improve on?

how is my one-off dead site still relevant?

maybe I need to update this site with *one* more tutorial... Not sure if I'll ever remember to that however...
