Hi there! :wizard:
I dislike SoMe feeds, but I really appreciate the ease of uploading my art to them; I'm wondering if it'd be possible to create a simple feed on my site, a sketch-log if you will. Something that'd work similarly to how piclog.blue and status.cafe allows you to put a simple widget on your site, and then you can use the add-on in your browser to quickly post (except I'd want all the drawings to show, now just the newest one, but i've seen people making that happen with status.cafe, so!)

 :dunno: Does this make sense? When I look around for options, I run into terms like json and xml, and rss.. I don't really know how these work yet. My site is  :pc: www.bennizone.net, if that helps you get an idea of how 'advanced' my coding skills are, LOL!

I hope someone out there can help! Lotsa love from me  :4u:
(Edit: I now realized there is a 'Help' board that I probably should've posted this to. Anyone with moderation power may move it if needed, thanks for the patience!)

I'm not sure how much of a fit this is, but I saw this template while going through some resources. Haven't looked at the code but I do think it should be customizable enough to be edited for the things you don't want from it.

Not sure if its exactly what you mean, but if you're already uploading sketches to the art hub here, you can just use the art hub embed widget to turn them into an on-site feed with the most recent first ^^

I'm happy to take feedback on how well it works!  :wizard:

I added a new responsive image size option to the embed maker, try it out and see if it does what you need :cheerR:

Thank you!!! Hm, it doesn't really seem to respond right when I resize my browser  :dunno:  It does scale up, but not down! Is that possible to change? :happy:

I took a look again, in case I was missing something, and... well, I'm none the wiser for now. It's not even really scaling up, as mentioned earlier, it just seems to adhere to the "max image size"... :cry:  So I'm bumping this topic, hoping there's a fix, or someone has an alternative?  :pc:

You have to enable responsive images in the embed maker!

It uses the max size as a baseline target and then sizes images up and down so they always responsively fill the browser while trying to keep a close to the max size as possible.

Otherwise you can use the custom CSS link to do any sort of bespoke layout coding you'd like ^^

yes, I realize this!  :ohdear: But it doesn't work.. below is the full HTML for the page I'm working on, including the embed, and a screenshot of how it looks on my end. In case it's helpful in order to solve this?

Ah your cramming it into a very small space so you dont need the whole grid layout thats going on;
just add a custom CSS file that simplifies the layout to a single column with this - I think everything else can stay the same:
Code
.gallery-container {
   display: block;
}
