What do you think of physical mail?

yeah... this is gonna be the thread that awakens me out of my lurking/hiatus state.
i LOVE snail mail!! like many online weirdos my age, i have friends all over the world, and being able to send them stickers and cards and occasionally even pressed flowers is really fun and exciting! it's also been pretty neat being able to take them to the post office and take in all the cool places they end up going--i think i've hit three whole continents at this point!
also, everyone loves to call me a grandma for this type of thing, but i got a birthday and address book earlier this year and i'm really looking forward to filling it out. it's older than i am but entirely unused!!
