ichi.city is not working

When I try to sign up to the website, it keeps saying that it's "exit status 4" or "expired".
can anybody help me with this? I need a little help here please

I think a token is missing. I'm not really a coding prodigy, but I looked at it. Said 'Forbidden - CSRF token not found in request', which I'm pretty sure means tokens are missing. I'm not sure if you can fix this, could just be the site acting funky wunky. But try using cookies, since that might be why.
