thinking of remaking my website, I need criticisms of my current one.

This is EdgyRabbid.org, my own personal website that is a year old.

But.. I'm thinking of remaking some pages, including the front page. I want it to look more clean like, while still having personality. So I'm gonna list some pages I wanna change. With inspo, with things I like about these websites as to help y'all get me some resources or inspo.

This is the homepage, the most chaotic part of my website. There's several floating gifs, and the NAV bar is a mess. I want it to look old Web with a Areo feel. I will only post this, then l'll post my other pages as to not overwhelm myself.

Here's some inspo that I wanna take from, and what I like about them

https://www.genesisjam.net/ , I love the "Fun Stuff" Navbar, and the custom art on the website. I can do my own art, but I'm not sure how to make the NAV bar so help would be appreciated.

https://furbisms.neocities.org/ , I like the little bar at the bottom, that says support and the time and stuff. I know the user who runs this page is active on here, so maybe they can give me some tips?

https://roboticoperatingbuddy.neocities.org/ I love how everything on this front page is all in one giant table, and I also love how the header is done. How do I achive a layout like this?

Now there's other things I would also like to change on my website, like how to display my buttons, stamps and user bars in a way that doesnt disrup the genral flow of my website. But yeah, this is all I need help with at this current moment. If any of you have resources for any of the things I want then please tell me!
