Heya! Anyone else doing Huevember this year? It's a November drawing-a-day challenge based on a different color each day. I've attached the official guide and an example I made if you're interested in participating! I'll be adding a page on my site for all my drawings too. Maybe share here if you do it and want :D

So I'm not sure if I'd be joining this one, but I did want to mention that I misread the title and focused on "hueve," which is similar to the Spanish word for eggs, and I thought this was some kind of egg-based cooking challenge. I would've been pretty excited about that.

I'll try to complete some pixel art based on this one if I can!

Sorry for staying off-topic, but it's true! My Spaniard ass always pronounces "huevember" in my mind not as "hyoo-vehm-behr", which I imagine is how it should be, but as "weh-vehm-behr", and reads it as "eggember"  And then I get reminded every year it's supposed to be a color palette challenge.

Now trying to get back on topic, is this going to help me pick colors for my artworks better? Color choosing is still one of my weak spots...

That’s great! I don’t speak spanish but I definitely have seen the Huevo in it when glancing at the name before XD

It can be fun that it picks a color for you to start with, too! absolutely I’m excited for it to help me practice my values - I’m usually not very good at balancing values and it was only one hue to work with mostly it will force me to work on composition through value rather than hue.
