Hey y'all!!
I'm currently putting together some gifts for friends (and a gift list for myself lol) and I'm thinking a lot on what might be a good buy for digital artists! It's much harder to choose than with traditional art, of course.
There's been a few things throughout my digital art career that have made me think "how did I live without this??" like my Huion Touchpad for example. Suuuuch a huge difference between using my free hand to swap between tools vs. having to move my pen over and over anytime I wanna do anything.
So! What are you digital artists' purchases that have made big difference in your careers?
The only thing I can currently think of is a small used pc/server to keep all my photography and art backed up (and to host a MC server for my friends lol). Shoppin' for digital artists is hard!!

Artbooks and online courses. Good, quarantined places for inspiration and education.

YouTube tutorials and the social feeds of others are out there, of course, but I've found books and courses have been more focused and structured places for me to learn and be inspired.

I'd say a tablet different from what your friend already has (like a pen tablet if they already have a screen tablet, etc.) but that might be pretty costly, lol. I know some artists also use controllers that make things easier for them (the kind where you can assign shortcuts to the buttons so they don't need to use a keyboard).

Maybe digital resources they could use like brush and texture packs, art software, etc.?
