RSS feed for art gallery

As an artist, I like to post art regularly, and ideally have people look at them sometimes. For personal websites, a good method for Internet surfers to get updates is through an rss feed. I already have an RSS blog feed that automatically updates using 11ty.

However, I have yet to add an RSS feed for my art page. This is what my art page looks like, and I have been thinking a way for me to easily update my RSS feed. I prefer the RSS feed to automatically update like 11ty, I don't like having to update two pages everytime I upload a new art (I'm lazy). While it might be possible if I added a new 11ty template for my art, I actually don't have to add a new html page for every art if possible.

If you have an RSS feed for your art gallery, it would be great if you have any advice!

I have a question: What is your publishing process for your art?  Is it manual, or does Neocities have some kind of abstraction where you upload an image, put in the text somewhere, and it does the boilerplate HTML for you automatically?

From what I remember from Neocities, there isn't much automation. I use VSCode, and my art uploading process is mostly manual, with a bit of help using Javascript:

• Take a picture of my art
• Crop image and set filters
• Upload to my laptop
• Compress it
• Put it in my Dropbox folder
• Open my art page and copy/paste my art container
• Copy the link in Dropbox and paste it
• Set the thumbnail by adding style
• Upload!

But as I'm typing this, I've already came up with my own solution for my art RSS feed. I've made a Javascript code that gives me the RSS item element code for my new art, and I can just copy it through my live preview window, and paste it to my RSS feed.

However, I still do want to hear how other people update their RSS feed!

I don't have an RSS feed for my art, but I do have one for my posts.  There's a shell script on my web server that updates the feed to the 15 most recent posts.  I run it anytime I've written a new post, or have completely edited the /now page.  I could automate it and may in the future, but right now, I prefer to keep it a more manual process.
