Some new things I've started doing:I've started stretching in the mornings too! Not anything intense, I literally just do the stretches from Animal Crossing New Horizons, but it helps me wake up
I've always been working on waking up earlier (A life long endeavor for me), by using an alarm clock instead of my phone, and having it out of reach of my bed. It's been working out pretty well!
Spending more time outside. I'm not really sure how this is going to hold up once the summer heat sets in, but I've been spending a lot of time this spring outside and it's been WONDERFUL

Sometimes I just sit outside and admire nature, a lot of times I'm reading, and I've been going around my yard with the iNaturalist app to help me figure out what the plants around me are. It's so much fun being able to look and go "Oh! That's woodsorrel!" or "Oh! That's henbit, not dead nettle!" I really like learning about what's around me, it's way more interesting than I thought it would be (ALTHOUGH

A book I read called "Ten Minute Gardening" really opened my eyes to how much you can accomplish if you do something for just a few minutes, every day. I've been pulling weeds for three minutes every day, and I have a nice space cleared out
