today i would like to tell you about a new game engine in development that i'm really excited about! it's called...

wareware

if you have any interest in making 3D worlds/games/scenes/stories, i encourage you to give it a try! no coding required and it runs in the browser, so it's really easy to get started! i don't have any finished projects to show off (yet?!), but i'm having a lot of fun playing around with it.

Oh yeah, I found this on itch and messed with it a bit! I'm not entirely sure what I want to do with it yet but it's really fun and pretty cute. I definitely want to mess with it more when I have more inspiration and maybe make something small with it. It's very fun and cool though.

it's a little gallery of some of the earliest photos i ever took as a child, named after the model of camera my family had when i was growing up. it was inspired a lot by another wareware game i love, the museum of stones i found while walking, and a project that was one of this forum's very first topics: cinni's entrance or exit!

I hope they'll let users edit the player sprite soon. It kind of reminds me of Bitsy, but with a totally different aesthetic. The fact that you can add custom CSS is wild; I'm not a CSS wiz, but you can do some seriously crazy stuff with that, so that's almost like being able to add custom scripting.
