What's a video game quote that would immediately trigger a fan of that game?

As the title says, what's a memorable video game quote that you can think of that would immediately trigger anyone "in the know"?

This can be anything that would basically awaken a fan of that game like a sleeper agent, could be a quote that reveals a twist, or a meme within the fan community. You don't even have to cite the game the quote came from, just the quote alone should bring back that memory, positive or negative.
