Omg it gorgeous!! I love the lighting. It reminds me of this book called tales from the inner city, the art in that book reminds me of this photograph for some reason.

 Really pretty photo!!!!   Honestly how excatly do you go about giving a gallery submission? Do u have to present it to like a gallery director??  dw ur photo is super cool!!!

@Metropolis  Thank you! It's one of the pieces I am most proud of! That book looks cool, I'll have to keep an eye out next time I'm at a used book store!

What I'm currently aiming for is a State Fair fine arts exhibit, so I think there's a panel of judges. Competition is kinda tight so I'm not gonna be heartbroken if I don't get in. Just gotta start putting myself out there if I want any eyes on my stuff yknow.

Yeah it's important to put yourself out there, idk it might be kind of a cringe saying but you miss all of the shots you don't take, so it's cool that ur trying to put your art out there for people to see. So like if it's just fine art are the judges like judging paintings and stuff too? Sorry for all the questions this is pretty intresting to me!!

@Metropolis All good haha. I honestly don't know, I know there are paintings and textiles and baking and all kinds of mediums, but I don't know what the judge situation is like specifically. I'm just kinda winging it.

Also to get back on subject I did totally find a piece for the movement zine, I'll shoot you an email later!

these are gorgeous, and i love the paragraphs attached to some of these photos giving some backstory and thoughts along with them. the variety in composition is also really nice.

i'm a very beginner photographer, and ya go me tempted to sift through my shots it submit some Movements. glad you shared this!

Volume 1 looks great! I really enjoy the style and layout you're cultivating.

I especially like @pepper 's bird shot, its so hard to get them in flight.

Oh okay! I just sent it again, let me know if it doesn't come through.

I wonder if my email didn't like the attachment size? (I thought most could handle up to 20mb but maybe not? The image was only 8mb at any rate).
