Unfortunately you can only play NTSC and Japanese games. You can only switch between PAL and NTSC by physically replacing components but not have both at the same time. The only way to do this is with a N64 Passport (which is similar to a gameshark or action replay).

ah thank you for the info! i checked over the mod i was looking at and it didn't mention that so that is great to know
