why don't images show up in my signature? :(

hi, sorry if this had been answered before, i looked it up but couldn't find anything :(

i want to put images in my signature, but for some reason they don't show up properly i tried images from other sites and uploading my own images to image hosts, none of them worked. i am putting the image link between [img][/[img], am i doing something wrong?? why are they not showing up?? am i a failure??

so there's a couple points of failure here. could you copy exactly what's in the signature box, and post it in a reply, between two code tags so we can understand what's going on?

Images in signatures get proxied via Melonland Forum, which converts your URL https://64.media.tumblr.com/853bc338ca4d8478f4621209b9abbf33/5d6ea28d079cd7dd-59/s100x200/fc00db7376476081299a6b0eba29ef353da9375b.jpg into a URL that starts with https://images.melonland.net/?url=.... And that is returning a 403 (forbidden).

My guess is that either:

- the sites hosting your images (e.g. Tumblr) are forbidding Melonland from fetching them (could be anti-deeplinking?), or
- the Melonland proxy is broken somehow (@Melooon?)

Here's what I suggest trying next: upload the image into Sneeze and try it from there. That should rule out the first possibility.
