Hello, I just finished this peice that I seriously like how it turned out (it is also the first time I have drawn non-bird wings), however something about the anatomy still feels slightly off, does anyone know what may be wrong with it? Drawing over it or warping/liquefying to explain is completely okay:

First of all, amazing art!

I think the issue might be that the wings are too small and some of the digits are too short. I looked up real bat wings, and they tend to span most of the body of the bat, and the "fingers" all come to about the same length, whereas the ones you have drawn seem to "cascade" down, each digit longer than the last. And although her wings are depicted as close to the body, there aren't any wrinkles or overlapping  of the membrane present, which makes each section of membrane/digit look like they aren't connected to one another.

I think if you want to keep the tiny cute wings, they'd work better if they were cartoony. But your style is pretty realistic, so you'd have to play with it to achieve the right balance. I guess it all comes down to your intent for the pose and how realistic you want it to be.

I found an illustrated guide on DeviantArt, but looking up photos of bats' wings should also help to get the proportions right.

This art is amazing! I especially like the way her hair is drawn alongside other things like the sparkle on her tongue!

Don't know if this is helpful since I don't think this is really about anatomy, but the only critique/nitpick I can think of is in regards to the way she's holding the wine glass. The way she's holding it makes it look like she doesn't have much of a grasp to it, as it looks like she's only holding it with her nails and not her actual fingers. If this were to be a photo of her, she would've dropped the glass immediately after the photo was taken. I would recommend having the wine glass positioned in a way where her grasp becomes more clear and sturdy, even if that means just simply moving the glass upwards a bit. My only other suggestion to it is significantly or completely changing the way she's holding the glass, and I think looking up image references of people holding a wine glass in a variety of ways could help you with that.

For anatomy though, you could maybe make the wings look like they're more open? They don't have to spread out all the way of course, though. I think that'll make it look less like the wing digits (is that what they're called?) are in different sizes (and, as larvapuppy said, digits in bat wings are roughly the same size as each other). That can also justify the wings' lack of wrinkles and overlap, as bat wings do overlap and seem to wrinkle a bit too when they're close to the body like that.
