I found this site while jumping between pages on the Wayback Machine. It's the website of a Japanese graphic designer named Y. Kishino, dating back to the 2000s. The download links are broken, but you can still rescue some resources by saving them directly (the author specifies they can be used for non-commercial purposes). The icons and gifs are simply beautiful, and I'd like to highlight the collection "The Night" which brought me to tears with how gorgeous they are.
