I can't quite remember my first dream, and my last dream was nothing notable, so I'll share the one dream I keep remembering the most.
There was this one night where I dreamt I was walking the halls of a dead shopping mall. I walked and saw nothing but vacant storefront after vacant storefront, all while the ventilation system made noise and the florescent lights hummed. Finally, after about 10 minutes of walking, I came across a food court area.
The food court area had only one open restaurant: a deli/sandwich shop which appeared to be owned by a middle-aged guy who was working the counter. He was joyous and constantly smiling, as he made sandwich after sandwich, all the while singing about the sandwiches he was making and how much he loved running his deli. He then came over to talk to me, introduced himself as "Pastrami Pete," and asked if I wanted a sandwich. I don't remember how I responded, but I do remember that Pete pretty much carried on the rest of the dream, singing about sandwiches while making them. I woke up the morning feeling extremely hungry, because of all the sandwiches I saw him make.
To this day, I still remember Pastrami Pete and his enthusiasm for running his deli inside the dead mall in my dreams. I've even started work-shopping some of the sandwich recipes I saw him making in my dream. Most of them have turned out great, and I continue to expand upon them by making some of my own stuff up (of course, being that it was my dream, the sandwich recipes I saw could also be considered my own, in a way).
