What should I do with my site?

Hi everyone!! So I've been practicing my HTML skills on a seconadry site I own (http://stoutsytail.nekoweb.org) to get better with my HTML and CSS skills, and I gotta say that it looks amazing!
But now I don't know how I should apply it to my main site, (http://stoutsytail.blogspot.com).

The main issue is that modifying blogger themes is ROUGH, and sadly I've putsed with my blogger theme so much to the fact that certain options have completely disappeared from the menu editor and can only be modified in google's proprietary XML that rules over styling.

What do you like about each theme? What DONT you like about it? What do you think could be added or improved upon?
But also, which site should I use moving forward, both have different abilities in terms of what they can do.

Would anyone like to chime in and say what they would think about this?
