i've actually collected a bunch of 90s and 2000s vaio wallpapers that i've found around the web on my website here: http://www.cyberdragon.digital/tech/vaiowallpapers/

they're not really that edgy 2000s aesthetic you're looking for, but they're at least some kind of 2000s aesthetic! plus they look great when used on an actual vaio that's running windows xp:

Someone remade all of the classic 90s MacOS wallpapers in 5k here https://512pixels.net/projects/mac-os-9-5k-wallpapers/

yo that's awesome, thanks for sharing! Heavy Petal 4 was my primary wallpaper for the longest time, so it's cool to see it again in such a high resolution.
