HIYA i also just remembered a SUUUPER helpful resource my friend showed me awhile back that i've been using
its http://www.freebackgrounds.com/
simply just click on the blue 3d arrows and there are THOUSANDS of backgrounds, you can also have them sorted by color and theme (albeit the site is a bit in disarray)

Personally I use https://codebeautify.org/htmlviewer a lot to make my code more organized. Other than that I'd say anything from the html-css section of yesterlinks!
