It looks like this. The background changes on its own every 6 hours or so, each wallpaper is a different region art/cutscene from Rain World. I really like all the linux desktops I see in this thread, a lot of them are quite pretty

i use both windows and linux but at the moment am stuck on windows 11 so. here.



it's soul eater official art which i edited by adding the little purple pattern to the right to make it fit as a modern wallpaper
i never use my desktop... i just open apps from the search menus so it's barebones, ok?

the background image is taken from an older version of brawlersworld but with the photo edited to be one of my favorite characters at the time, aka reigen arataka, ok?

My desktop is very sparse because I do most things via keyboard/Alfred and also because I prefer to see Mulder's big dumb face being big and dumb

The wallpaper cycles daily through my bespoke collection of Silly Mulder screenshots. In case this also brings you joy I have shared the album here

I believe I also have some vintage screenshots squirreled away from the early 00s that would be fun to dig up...
