Be careful of some of the Creative Commons licenses. Some are a lot more restrictive than they appear. ND (No Derivatives) for example means that. You cannot edit the file in any way or use it as background for a video.

I love the free music archive!! They have some good stuff!
I download from them sometimes, but more so for personal use rather than creative use. I'd still recommend for anyone looking for free music to use in their projects.
