8 + 1 Layouts I made to help get more people into Neocities

I love browsing neocities and I wanted to get more people into making personal websites, given that the blank page is one of the hardest things to overcome for many, I figured I could both practice my own web design skills and help people get online AND away from the corpo web, as I call it.

So yeah, 8 layouts, plus 1 more if you count the layout page itself, as it's intentionally a webgarden style page!
