Here are some recent sketches ive made the past few days. Ive found im working best when i do small spurts of work throughout the week, and then have days i just do not think about it at all. making a comic is hard work, and it helps me feel less stressed.
first, we have a conceptual panel. Im planning on making goosechase full color, but i was more focusing on the lineart this time around. my lineart is pretty hit or miss... i get to nervous, and mess up easily. im learning to figure out ways to counteract that.

speaking of messing up lineart, here are some panel sketches i made at a comics class. (this was a little bit ago, last month. my teacher was really cool, hes worked on lots of comics like marvel, ninja turtles, etc. hes very good at art. when i got home i tried to ink them, but i didnt like how they turned out. i was a little sad, but life goes on. (you can actually see in the post above, some attempts at me redoing lineart to try and figure out what went wrong. i like how they turned out, now to figure out how to do that every time...

a few more sketches ive worked on. i have alot lying around. from design concepts to pages of me trying to improve at lineart.

i also drew owen in a more realistic style. pretty cute. you can see her design start to shift slightly, as i try to figure out the easiest ways to draw them. you need to make your designs really streamlined when your going to have to draw them a bunch!

actually starting is the stressful part... i need to stop being such a perfectionist! im so excited to share this story though, nothing can hold me back for too long. by for now!
