This is actually the RapidWeaver theme of the same name, but I managed to get this theme to work with Neocities websites. I also added in a bonus zip file that lets you replace the default blue on hover with other colors.

This is super cool! I remember seeing so many sites using this design but I never knew it was from RapidWeaver

Pinstripe aqua has always been one of my favourite interface designs - it would be reaallyy cool if you could add a colour filter to this so you could have colourised variants of it!

I attached a screenshot for curious people!

Yeah, I'm also giving my website a makeover to use the Aqualicious theme, with some slight modifications to look like Apple's. I updated Aqualicious for Neocities to version 1.1 (to fix the charset to support UTF-8) And also, check out the new 404 page for my website.
