How to make a sort of board?

HEllo!

I am making a neighbouurhood for the Hoodlums from Rayman.

My idea is to have the about of the thing be a sort of poster attached to a wooden poll. IDK the CSS required to do that, so I'd like help.

then the members page would be a board of all the members within the Hoodlum Headquarters level in Rayman 3. Does anyone have CSS for this too?
