Pet Pals (Pet Society copy?)

Has anyone tried the mobile game Pet Pals? It's supposedly almost a clone of Pet Society. I used to love Pet Society, and was very sad when it was gone.

I downloaded it to my phone, but I havent tried it yet as it required me to log in with my Gmail or Facebook, and although there was a "sign in" button below those 2 options, there was no "register" hah so I wasn't sure if I could make an account outside Google/Face.

But it looks very cute, so I was tempted to try it. Anyone?

I was like "huh, that name doesn't ring a bell" and then I went to look at the screenshots and got punched in the face with nostalgia. God, the amount of money I poured into my pet's house back in the day only to lose it all.

Now I'm also kind of tempted, not gonna lie...

They seem to have a browser version on their website, too, but it doesn't seem to work too well for me

I know right? I didn't really miss it until I started noticing that it wasn't coming back, if that makes sense. I guess I just assumed that it would pop up as a stand-alone etc, and then it didn't and I kinda forgot about it until some time ago, I saw a screenshot I had taken and I was like oh noooo I miss it so much! From what I've seen, this mobile game isnt as extensive as the other, and may be missing some stuff, but maybe it just needs some love and attention? I just always found the style very appealing! I remember I paid real money to get some room extensions or something, lol. (I think I had a few bucks I threw at Zynga games, that I could use freely in between Pet Society and Mafia Wars lol)
