my game project!!!

hey! i think i referenced this in one of my early posts, but I am working on a game!!!!

the best way i could describe it is an "rpg/visual novel hybrid". with gay robot dudes btw

i just started getting back into the gamedev grind after a while. as you can see here, the last change i made to the files was october of last year...



but what matters is i'm getting back into it!!!

i recently made the decision to make the game in an isometric perspective, rather than an orthographic one.

if you don't know what i mean... take a look at THIS!



tldr: it's like a pseudo 3D i guess lol

this is me creating an isometric environment using a program called Tiled.

(here's the tilemap btw)

i'm using godot for the main coding stuff!! i would definitely recommend it. it uses a coding language that is VERY easy to understand

also, the program that i'm using to map the tiles atm is called tiled
