I thought I might throw this into the thread as well https://sig.grumpybumpers.com , it creates an image loop gif on refresh. Useful for forum sig, but also many other things.

I use this https://github.com/relt-1/WindowCreator for my error generating needs. You do have to download it iirc, but it has a few extra templates to use (I use the little Mac 9 ones for headers on my site). It's also supposed to be able to import custom icons, but I've never been able to get that feature to work; I just do that myself in Photoshop or something.
