   Well this is my first post here and it would be about the Mediterranean diet, basically I have been looking into this diet and found it so great, I would still need to find my own substitutes for certain things, and I don't even know what to do about getting olive oil. But I can manage this. I will update this later.

I eat a lot of things that count as part of the Mediterranean diet, but not because it's healthy, but because it tastes good. I eat more cheese than I should.

I do love olives and caperberries though.
