Wattpad story! ~ Unseen/Eternal (YOU get to choose where the story goes!)

I’m writing a story on Wattpad right now and I’m gonna have the readers choose what happens next! 

Synopsis:

Twenty-Five People get kidnapped by a mysterious organization and forced into a death game.  Will any of them survive the perils and secrets this game holds?

Your story is very blunt and I like the silly tone of it. It reminds me of an anime like Sergeant Frog, which I am fond of. I read it very quickly despite it not being an overly short wattpad chapter. That means your prose is tight! You should keep writing because I wanted to keep reading and discovered there was only the one chapter. I liked Griffin. I feel like this story has a lot of potential for dark comedy or something else in that genre.  I am reminded of that episode of Doctor Who where they are in an alien game show, as well as the Jimmy Neutron episode.

I personally think that it would be a lot cooler if you put your story on your very nice looking website rather than linking to wattpad. There is something about that which bothers me, but maybe I'm in the wrong for being bothered. Who knows?

My stories are put on my website because it feels more fun to me. I like that its not social media. I consciously choose to link them here as an example. Is that advertisement? I don't think so, but maybe it is. Maybe I'm a big ol hypocrite.

Either way your post feels like an ad to me and that is what bothers me.

If you need help for getting large blocks of text on a page without having to care much about the html I can help with that, but from the looks of your website your skills have far surpassed mine.

Ah, okay! I haven’t put it on my website since I seem to get very low traction (which I’m perfectly fine with, I like having my own niche spot on the web).  I was looking for new readers and I wasn’t sure the best way to go about it but I’ll put the story on my website :]

You should make a newsletter & I will subscribe to it.  I used to write commissions using a different persona, and my personal experience writing is that the quantity of people who read it is less important than the quality of those people. As in, it feels really awesome when someone just gets your work, and predicts stuff before you even do it. I think that this place is a good place to find those sorts of enthusiastic readers.

ALSO IT WOULD BE REALLY COOL IF YOU POST YOUR OTHER CHAPTERS HERE CUS IT WOULD BE COOL TO SEE YOUR WEBSITE

ANOTHER THING you can do is post your stories on the EVIL MELONLAND FORUM which is only open on mondays. I sort of have an intentionally horrible blog length post on the evil melonland forum I constantly edit to add more and more to.

oooh!  I've been a part of newsletters but never actually made one myself!  I literally just made one so feel free too subscribe! I subscribed to yours too.  I'm gonna start adding the story to my website so I people don't need an account to read. Thanks!!
