I'm brainstorming for more cool stuff on my site and this is one big idea I want to persue more. So far I have wobbledogs import codes people can use to import my wobbledogs, and .chao files for people to import chao to the steam version of sonic adventure 2, but what other kinds of things are there?

I was thinking QR codes for animal crossing patterns also, but I'm not sure if animal crossing new leaf ones still work (I hope they do... I have some cute dresses in that game based on sonic characters I'd love to share. Maybe I should remake them in animal crossing new horizons?) I guess as far as animal crossing goes there is also dream codes as well!

I can also do spore creatures I think? but I need to double check to see how that works.

What other games do y'all know of with things like this? I'm sure there's things I have that I'm forgetting. Stuff with some kind of code or file I can share so that other people can enjoy something I made in their game.

Not exactly the same thing, but I believe that the ds PMD games had a system where you can have someone enter a code and rescue you if you faint from a dungeon. I never got to use it (beyond cheating with an emulator :)), but the idea was so insanely cool to me -- it really makes your friendgroup feel like they have each others backs and can come in clutch for a hard mission!!

I'd also say GMOD, but that feels a bit like cheating since that game is basically empty without having user generated content...

Oh yeah I remember that, that was really cool, unfortunately I never really got the chance to use it, but it was an awesome mechanic. I do really like stuff like that though. More games should do that sort of thing.

Gmod seems cool, but I've never played it and don't have it.
