My favorite is made by a big entity, it's called "Framaprout".
It's not only a useless website but also a useless extension that
fart-ifies everything. Last i checked it was even linked on the
homepage of the official Framasoft website. I don't think that
something else can top this as the most useless thing / stupid
thing that i know.

This one is a showcase of pictures someone took of bread that was left behind. It's all in one scrollbox, so past a point, you have to make your browser load the pictures by opening them separately or doing a right-click "Load image" on them. True to form, they're all bread, though!

Crouton.net is an absolute favourite of mine, and a classic.

I also really like the end of town, which was created by Everest Pipkin. It was one of the first sites I encountered when I was first exploring Neocities a couple years ago, and it really showed me how people are creating some cool art using static sites.

Rotating Sandwiches is a lot of fun (warning for the sheer size of these sandwich files, it'll take a while for the page to load). This site makes me so hungry though.

There are also a couple of Pokemon pack simulators that give me that nostalgic feeling of being a kid spending what little allowance I have on a booster pack.

the first one that came to my mind was theuselessweb.com. i remember when i was a kid i watched DanTDM make a video on it and i used to re watch that video a million times  and i would come home from school and go onto my grandmas computer and spend forever on that stupid site

i also like undertale.com and deltarune.com, obviously. i know they arent useless websites but they have a few funny little secrects. going onto undertales website and inspecting it you can see a little secret message from Toby! and deltarune.com has Spamton Sweepstakes and thats its own rabbit hole    (i reccomend playing deltarune before visiting it though)

lemondemon.com is a good one too. just... just look at it.
