I love to make (hot or iced) matcha latte. Sometimes I put mint syrup in it 8)
I've also been recreating some beverages from a game I like, and some of them need ginger milk. I never knew I would like it so much, but now I oftentimes put milk in a pan, add slices of ginger, and let it infuse on low heart for about 20 minutes before either just drinking that or adding it to black tea.
I also like (hot or iced) chai latte, but it's a bit of a pain to find ones that I like; and outside of my home, many use powder with ingredients I don't wanna consume, so I usually can't get it on the go.
I also like cold brew with a splash of milk and occasionally, some vanilla syrup.
The milk I use or request for all this stuff is usually oat or soy milk. And I have very big cups at home, and usually go for the biggest beverage size I can when I go out.
