hi everyone, nice to meet you all~!! i'm van, a newbie webmaster and college student ^^. my dad was a professional web developer in the 90s and i grew up fascinated by his stories about an internet before my time -- so i was really excited to find out about the web revival movement within this past year (especially following my stepping back from most major social media ^^). im honestly totally new to coding, but in between school + work im trying to study up and work on my neocities especially :D im super looking forward to connecting with fellow webmasters n learning a lot here on melonland!! ^w^

personally, im a big fan of j-fashion (egl + fairy kei especially), anime, writing, cosplay, and cats :3. im also a bit of a gamer, but i think my tastes are pretty casual LOL. idol anime series are my special little niche that i could talk abt forever ^^;. really enjoy text smilies too, if u couldnt tell lol. i hope we can get along!!
